1-1 Reformer Pilates
I offer Pilates sessions for all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced, including pre and post-natal, as well as those with special considerations. Sessions are held in my beautiful and welcoming small home studio in Northwood, Greater London, or via Zoom.
I'm an experienced, fully qualified, and insured Pilates instructor, having first trained in 2011. My approach is a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates. Whether your goal is to build strength, support sports performance, prevent injury or chronic pain, or simply feel stronger and more connected in your body, I tailor each session to suit your individual needs.
If you are new to reformer Pilates or recovering from an injury, 1-1’s are especially beneficial to build strength and correct technique, helping to build confidence in a calm environment.
My reformer classes are varied and enjoyable, blending foundational movements with small props such as the Pilates ball, magic circle, light dumbbells, and the jump board to keep things dynamic and effective.

No, I teach all levels including those who have never used a reformer or done Pilates before. I will take you through all the fundamentals to help you quickly build confidence on the reformer and in your body.

A 50-minute 1:1 reformer session is £50. I also offer 10-session blocks at £450 (1 session free).

A 1:1 session lasts 50 minutes.

Just wear comfortable workout clothing, bring a bottle of water and if you have grip socks then great, but not essential for your first session.
