I am a nutritionist with a passion for helping people understand how to eat optimally for their individual requirements, to feel as good as possible now, and for a healthy future. 

The food we eat has a huge impact on our health and wellbeing, and with so much conflicting information out there it can create a lot of confusion for people. With a personaIised approach based on nutritional science, I help people to understand their body in relation to their diet, understand how to maintain a healthy balanced diet, and how to integrate this into their daily lives so that it’s not just manageable, but enjoyable too. 

Services I offer are:

Initial consultation and nutrition plan

-This includes a 60-minute initial consultation discussing your health concerns, goals, preferences, your current diet and lifestyle habits, analysis of your health and wellness questionnaire, and three-day food diary  It is a chance for you to ask me any questions you have, and for me to fully understand more about your individual circumstances.  

-Following your initial consultation you will be sent a plan of bespoke recommendations, a personalised shopping list for ideas, a tailored supplement plan if necessary, meal ideas, and any other information relevant to your needs.

-Functional testing may be recommended in some instances if deemed necessary and is always optional.

6-week nutrition programme

A popular option, where regular contact points enhance motivation and accountability. The process of the 6-week nutrition programme includes the initial consultation as above, plus the following:

-2x 30-minute follow-up consultations (one at 3 weeks and one at 6 weeks) to see how things are going and make any necessary adjustments.

-3x food diary analysis at each consultation

-Email support during the 6 weeks

30m zoom/telephone consultation

This is your chance to discuss any questions you may have with an experienced nutritionist without the need for a full consultation. This may be regarding your diet, supplements you are taking, or general questions you may have on the topic of nutrition. There will be no written nutrition plan, however, you will get the chance to complete a three-day food diary beforehand which I will assess and feedback to you.
